Two, the basic structure of the elevator

Three, elevator mechanical system function
1 over speed safety protection system
When the elevator accident, car speed or speed down (broken as a wire rope, car top pulley detachment, traction machine worm gear failure, motor speed down too high). 6 door interlock switch:

7 terminal limit switch safety protection system
A terminal limit switch is installed at the top of the elevator shaft and the bottom layer. When the elevator is out of control, the car has a top or bottom of the car, the terminal limit switch moves, the alarm signal is sent out and the control circuit is cut off, so that the car stops running.
8 power cut protection system
When the elevator rises or falls in the course of operation, if a sudden power outage, the elevator will automatically stop running, keep in place. When the incoming call is automatically dropped to a layer, the car door automatically opens.
Four, PLC control system requirements

Five, touch screen PLC network communication monitoring system requirements
